Thank you for stopping by! I’m Suzanne van der Eijk (Pronounced: Sooz-on van dur ike), a School Based Technology Specialist with Fairfax County Public Schools in Vienna, Virginia. Well, that’s the formal title but generally I go with Instructional Technology Coach. What’s in a label anyway? Learning, reading, coaching, exploring, adventuring, designing, crafting, writing, discussing, questioning, thinking are all some of my favorite things to do.

I’m on a journey to become a better educator and inspire others along the way. I’d tell you what you’re going to find on this site, but I am not quite sure yet! For now it’s a place for me to capture my thinking, share it with an audience, get some feedback, and have fun nerding out on all things education.
